For a CAS outputted in XML, quickly convert the XML to a JSON format in a way
that is representative of some of the underlying structure of the cTakes type
system as well as being a visually appealing summary of the data and metadata.
This is web server friendly; the output is viewed with a browser e.g.
javascript (d3js.org) and html only.
