I'm evaluating cTakes for some of the NLP needs .. and I get errors when i
follow instructions listed on wiki...(listed below)
1. Start CVD (command line or via ecplise)
2. Clinicial pipeline AE works fine
3. Try loading AE in Temporal, Smoking Status & Side Effects
4. You will get an resource initialization exception
How do I test these 3 annotators?
