Rajesh and Atul, did you have an active internet connection at the time of the
error? Are you behind a proxy?

(1) Do you have any special characters in your password?
(2) Are you using one of the runctakesC??.bat files or running some other way?
(3) how are you setting umlsuser and umlspw - did you put them directly in
runctakesC??.bat or set an environment variable or something else?
