Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: 3.2.3)
At nearly a GB, not going to include it in the convenience binary.
For developers it's already being downloaded and unpacked by default by
CTAKES-338.
For end users (convenience binary users), due to size, going to leave the
full-sized LVG database as separately-downloaded from the cTAKES convenience
binary.
