Hi, I am using cTakes to analysis some clinical text. I have cTakes running
using the temporal demo and building upon it. I am looking for a way to get the
snowmedct concept associated with each umlsconcept that cTakes returns.
Example, if cTakes returns preferred text="feelings" with
codingScheme="SNOMEDCT_US" and code="285854004" how can I get the parents of
the snowmedct concept represented by the code. Also, how can I access
individual event types highlighted in green in the attached image. Thanks.
