Hi,

This issue (CTAKES-148) was resolved in cTAKES 3.1.

If you are using a version later than 3.1 and you are seeing an error, please 
create a new issue for cTAKES within the Jira system and include details about 
the error, including which version of cTAKES you are using.

Or please post details to one of the cTAKES mailing lists

If you are using 3.1, and seeing a FileNotFoundException: that includes 
"Constituency Parser\desc\ConstituencyParserAnnotator.xml" (without the quotes) 
as part of  the error message, please add details to this issue (CTAKES-148) 
with details.
