Apache UIMA v3 has been available for a long time now.
All Apache UIMA v2 versions of all sub-projects have been retired as of 21st
Dec 2022.
ClearTK 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT is available from GitHub
https://github.com/ClearTK/cleartk and also as Maven Artifacts from GitHub
packages https://github.com/orgs/ClearTK/packages?repo_name=cleartk - please
test and let me know if/how it works for you. I plan to run a ClearTK 3.0.0
release in Q1 2023.
