## Summary - Add mesh-scoped MCP Server and Credential resource schemas, snapshots, and lookup indexes. - Add opt-in CAS mutations to memory and Gorm stores; only MCP tables receive a version column. - Add a credential repository for 256-bit API key issuance, SHA-256 secret storage, scoped listing, and CAS revoke. This is the first implementation PR for the proposal in #1541. Console endpoints, runtime authentication, and atomic Server/Credential cascade deletion remain in later PRs. ## Validation - `go test ./pkg/mcp/repository ./pkg/store/memory ./pkg/store/dbcommon ./pkg/core/store/... ./pkg/core/manager ./pkg/core/resource/apis/mesh/v1alpha1` passed in a clean worktree. - `go test ./pkg/...` could not initialize `pkg/console` and `pkg/core/bootstrap` because the checkout lacks generated `app/dubbo-ui/dist/*` embed assets; all other executed packages passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
