Hi, I'd like to work on this issue as my first contribution to Dubbo-Go. Since this issue was opened some time ago, I'd first like to check whether ordered config loading is still needed with the current configuration implementation. If it is still valid, I can investigate the current loading flow, propose a minimal design, and add tests before implementing it.
