It has been open for six weeks without a first review, while staying green throughout: 32/32 checks passing, patch coverage at 100%, and no conflicts against the current `3.3` tip. The change adds `dubbo.application.reference-bean-naming-strategy`, which defaults to `field-name`, so existing behaviour is byte-identical unless `interface-name` is opted into — the fix for the `@Resource` by-name collision in #12637 is non-breaking by construction.
