## Brief changelog Update the webservice protocol, replace HTTPTransportFactory with SoapTransportFactory. ## Verifying this change 1. Put cxf 3.0.14 in lib and export a webservice. 2. Use browser to view the wsdl of the exported webservice. 3. See if the address element populated in the "service" node.
