version: 1.8 ### Steps to reproduce this issue 1. 使用自定义的注册中心 只实现了 RegistryFactory扩展 ，未实现ServiceDiscovery的扩展 2. 使用 2.7.9版本的dubbo,提示没有ServiceDiscovery的扩展 3. 升级到2.7.12版本的dubbo,
