It can be configured in following ways.
1. configure in dubbo.properties
```properties
dubbo.rpc.tri.header-table-size=4096
dubbo.rpc.tri.enable-push=false
dubbo.rpc.tri.max-concurrent-streams=2147483647
dubbo.rpc.tri.initial-window-size=1048576
dubbo.rpc.tri.max-frame-size=32768
dubbo.rpc.tri.max-header-list-size=8192
```
2. configure in java system properties
```properties
-Ddubbo.rpc.tri.header-table-size=4096 ....
```
3. configure in application.yml
```yml
dubbo:
rpc:
tri:
header-table-size: 4096
enable-push: false
...
```
