### Environment * Dubbo version: 3.0 / master ReferenceCountExchangeClient关闭后，其ExchangeClient成员换成了LazyConnectExchangeClient以支持复活，但是目前的代码只支持一次复活，复活后的client再次关闭后就彻底不能复活了，原因是LazyConnectExchangeClient两个close方法没有将连接已关闭的client对象置为null，导致重新复活执行initClient时直接使用这个连接已关闭的client，直接抛异常。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
