看了下，注册中心配置了 `simplified="true" `参数，导致`side`参数丢失，而应用级注册中心`ServiceDiscoveryRegistry`判断能否注册是需要side参数的，从而没有注册到zk上。 应该是一个bug，我给出的解决方式是在`RegistryProtocol#DEFAULT_REGISTER_PROVIDER_KEYS`这个key数组中加一个`side` key -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
