   模块：dubbo-serialization-kryo
   版本：1.0.0
   dubbo官方文档中使用kryo要求添加依赖，版本为1.0.0
   而maven官方仓库中该版本依赖的dubbo-common-extensions为SNAPSHOT版本

   为什么上传到maven官方仓库的版本还依赖SNAPSHOT版本的包呢？
   maven官方库中没有该SNAPSHOT包，拉取该包会报错
   `Could not find artifact 
org.apache.dubbo.extensions:dubbo-common-extensions:jar:3.0.0-SNAPSHOT`
