#11652 的改动将 `INTERNAL_SERVICE_EXECUTOR` 线程池合并到了provider 的线程池，那是否应该去掉 `org.apache.dubbo.config.metadata.ConfigurableMetadataServiceExporter#buildServiceConfig` 方法中的 `threadParams`，使`MetadataService`和其他 provider 一样使用SPI加载线程池？ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
