nacos-sync还可以将同步任务的服务名设置为ALL，表示将nacos源集群的所有实例同步到目标集群，此时它会调用nacos提供的获取所有实例的接口方法，当所有dubbo3服务采用应用级别注册时，这个方法返回的是注册到nacos集群的全部应用名集合。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
