## What is the purpose of the change
Provide application-level traffic weight and gray release configuration
capabilities, allowing users to manage traffic distribution and environment
isolation strategies through a visual interface.
## Brief changelog
- Add traffic weight configuration component with dynamic rule management
- Implement gray environment isolation management with multi-environment
configuration and label matching
- Add operation log switch configuration for system operation tracking
- Optimize form validation and data synchronization mechanism to improve
user experience
- Integrate Ant Design Vue components for unified interface interaction
## Verifying this change
1. Launch application and enter configuration page
2. Test traffic weight configuration:
- Add new weight rules
- Set weight values and scope
