Still testing well on 18.x which is supported, however, testing on 19.x and
20.x I see this error:
1) sendLogs
sends logs on page exit with navigator:
TypeError: Failed to execute 'dispatchEvent' on 'EventTarget':
parameter 1 is not of type 'Event'.
at Object.exports.convert

at Window.dispatchEvent

Could use some help running to ground.
