I have confirmed that both PR and RR's accessor need to add AEQ id. Otherwise the put operation will fail with GatewaySenderConfigurationException.
I added following 4 dunit tests: 1) PR accessor with AEQ id, so it will pass 2) PR accessor without AEQ id, it will throw exception. 3) RR accessor with AEQ id, so it will pass 4) RR accessor without AEQ id, it will throw exception.
