Hacked `RollingUpgradeWithGfshDUnitTest` to add TLS config for P2P and
client-server messaging. Also made it do some P2P work.

   Hacked `GenerateSNIKeyAndTrustStores` (creating
`GenerateSNIKeyAndTrustStores2`) to generate key and trust stores. Manually
copy those generated ones into the resources dir for
`RollingUpgradeWithGfshDUnitTest`.

   Run `RollingUpgradeWithGfshDUnitTest.testRollingUpgradeWithDeployment` test
with JVM option:

   `-Djdk.tls.trustNameService=true`

   and env var:

   `GEODE_HOME=build/install/apache-geode`

Then you can fiddle with the test's `data()` method to change the upgrade
_from_ version. And you can fiddle with the test's constructor to change the
_to_ version.

This test passes (unfortunately) when upgrading from latest develop to
latest develop. It also passes when upgrading from 1.13.2 to latest develop.
Still needs more work.
