Currently this is just an experiment on a minor optimization to how the
redis data structures compute their size. If this approach is approved then we
should probably get rid of the places in the redis code that creates a static
SizeableObjectSizer. These classes could instead be abstract forcing the
subclass to implement sizeKey, sizeValue, or sizeElement.
Note that RedisSortedSet no longer does extra sizing that it the undoes with
the "sizeInBytesAdjustment". Instead it just has a ScoreSet implementation that
does not size the element at all since it is already sized by the MemberMap.

branch (typically `develop`)?

   - [ ] Is your initial contribution a single, squashed commit?

   - [ ] Does `gradlew build` run cleanly?

   - [ ] Have you written or updated unit tests to verify your changes?
