Not sure what this would skip, maybe LGTM? GitHub does not initiate our concourse-based checks, so it has no power to skip them. Our PR resource does support skipping checks with `[ci skip]` or `[skip ci]` which perhaps could be useful on intermediate commits, but the final commit of a PR does need to run and pass all required checks or it won't be mergeable. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
