If a durable client is disconnected from a server, the redundancy satisfier thread kicks in, the client will make another server as primary, when this call (makePrimary) happens, we should not enqueue another marker in the queue, since this would cause the previous events not being processed by the client. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
