Clean up RemoteTransactionDUnitTest for the next time this failure occurs. While trying to reproduce the failure described by GEODE-9929 I did some clean up so I would be able to get more useful information out of the failures. I cleaned up a lot of warnings, mostly using IntelliJ's tools. I have determined the test failure to not be a 1.15 release blocker so I will not be pursuing the issue further, but I hope this cleanup will help the next person to work on this ticket. <!-- Thank you for submitting a contribution to Apache Geode. --> <!-- In order to streamline the review of the contribution we ask you to ensure the following steps have been taken: --> ### For all changes: - [ ] Is there a JIRA ticket associated with this PR?
