should probably be put back as it was.
Sorry if that was unclear. Not asking anything to be zero-padded! that
would make no sense at all! Just asking that the ticket number be included at
the beginning of the commit message FOLLOWED BY {COLON}{SPACE}. Looks like you
are just missing the colon.
