* When creating indexes on bucket region failed with an exception,
geode only logs the exception to indicate an index creation failed
without throwing the exception to the caller.
* IndexManager can be null if bucket region is destroyed due to cache
is closing. In this case, checkReadiness is invoked to make sure
CacheClosedException is thrown and logged instead of NullPointerException.
