We made an effort to improve the [contributing guidelines ](https://github.com/apache/grails-core/blob/7.0.x/CONTRIBUTING.md) in Grails Core because historically that's where the contributions have been for Grails. I 100% agree we need to make similar changes across all of our repositories. @sanjana2505006 if you have time to make such a change to this repository, it would be most welcomed.
