Fixes #14898. I fixed the "section title out of sequence" warnings by adjusting the header levels in the [.adoc](cci:7://file:///Users/sanjana./grails-core/grails-doc/src/en/guide/GORM.adoc:0:0-0:0) files and using `leveloffset` in [index.adoc](cci:7://file:///Users/sanjana./grails-core/grails-doc/src/en/guide/index.adoc:0:0-0:0) to keep them consistent.
