Thanks for the report. The failing `org.springsource.loaded.TypeRegistry` path is no longer part of supported Grails: Spring Loaded dependency and agent wiring were removed in [705f541](https://github.com/apache/grails-core/commit/705f5410d8782ff85094c8e7901e45cad0daa3c5), and current [`developmentReloading` documentation](https://github.com/apache/grails-core/blob/8.0.x/grails-doc/src/en/guide/gettingStarted/developmentReloading.adoc) identifies Spring Boot DevTools as the default.
