Closing. This is a breaking change (jquery-form 3.51 → 4.2.2 targets jQuery 4+, but \`grails-spring-security-ui\` is still on jQuery 2/Bootstrap 3-era APIs), and CI confirms it fails \`Spring Security Tests\`. Per Grails' release policy, breaking changes don't belong on a maintenance branch — the jQuery/Bootstrap upgrade for this plugin already landed properly on \`8.0.x\` as part of a full rewrite (\`a056c21434\`).
