That burned a runner past two hours and cancelled snapshot publish. Drop that cell and run the remaining Java 21 indy=true job unsharded, so invokedynamic coverage stays complete without the teardown hang. Cap the functional job at 75 minutes so a future hang fails fast instead of consuming the 360-minute GitHub default.
