The HAL guide is the reference for hal.paginate() and hal.links(), whose signatures this change moves, so update it with them: both examples declare the count as Long, and the paginate call passes offset before max. The arguments were the wrong way round already, and the example only still compiles because an Integer widens into the new Long offset, so it would have kept rendering links with the two exchanged.
