Head commit for run: fb294e42b2f3d9f853c657ec84c50fc8dbea2f47 / James Daugherty <[email protected]> Expand resource patterns when converting to Resource[] Grails adds a String-to-Resource converter to the conversion service Spring Boot shares between the environment and the bean factory. The generic String, array and collection converters then reached Resource[] one element at a time, so a classpath*: location became a single resource with the pattern as its path instead of every matching resource, ahead of Spring's pattern-aware ResourceArrayPropertyEditor. Spring Integration's optional classpath*:META-INF/spring.integration.properties location therefore failed to open when Spring Boot's integration auto-configuration was absent. Register a Resource[] converter that delegates to ResourceArrayPropertyEditor for String, array and collection sources, and share the converter set between the early plugin registration phase and the application post-processor. Registration is idempotent, so the converters are added once when both phases run for the same context.
