@jdaugherty Sure. I've added a section to the guide's Development Reloading page, "Running More Than One Instance of a Checkout". It covers why two builds of one checkout get in each other's way, how to give each instance its own build directory (`layout.buildDirectory` from a property, for every project) and Gradle project cache, and what the plugin now passes so that reloading and `@Integration` tests follow the build directory.
