This is fixed. `Validateable.validate` evaluates constraints for
`this.class`, not for the base class that implements the trait.
`DefaultConstraintEvaluator.evaluate` loads every static `constraints` closure
with `ClassPropertyFetcher.getStaticPropertyValuesFromInheritanceHierarchy`,
which walks from the concrete class up through its superclasses, and then
applies each closure.

That is the failure in the report: a subclass constraint was ignored outside
unit tests. The sample integration test was already reported passing on Grails
3.3.8. The same hierarchy lookup is in this repository from the datastore
import `a58aa145cf` (2025-04-18) onward. It is on `8.0.x`, `8.1.x`, and
`9.0.x`, in `v7.0.0` through `v7.2.4` including `v7.0.16`, and in `v8.0.0-M1`
through `v8.0.0-RC2`.
