Head commit for run: d8db2d173e1d1a85c5ae0d831d55d2ac21e8ebef / James Daugherty <[email protected]> Link cross references on sub-section and reference pages to their chapter The chapter-page rewrite now also runs over the sub-section pages in guide/pages/ and the reference pages, prefixed with the path to the guide directory. Each chapter page is read once instead of twice. The sub-section pages reused content rendered for the chapter pages one directory up, so every relative link and image on them, and their stylesheets and scripts, missed by one level. Their content now gets ../ in front of each relative URL, and their resources path is set like their logo path. Reference sources: the Embedded Properties link in f:field uses the ID the guide renders, the codec placeholders no longer render as links, and stop-app uses the reference-page variant of the command line path.
