`mappedBy = [childs: 'childs']` names the collection as its own inverse, so each category is stored on the other. The value is the association property on the other side. For this class that property is `parent`: ```groovy static mappedBy = [childs: 'parent'] ``` That is described in [mappedBy](https://github.com/apache/grails-core/blob/v8.0.0-RC2/grails-doc/src/en/ref/Domain%20Classes/mappedBy.adoc).
