Compiling a class that implements `GenericViewConfiguration` failed with `ClassFormatError: Duplicate method name "findViewConfigPropertyDescriptor"` because the trait and the implementing class both declared that method. The trait no longer declares it. `readConfiguration` calls `BeanUtils.getPropertyDescriptors` directly, and the test class keeps a single copy. Commit `9bc0bbb7de` is on `8.0.x`, `8.1.x`, and `9.0.x`, and it is in 7.0.17, 7.1.7, 7.2.4, and 8.0.0-RC2. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
