Dynamic scaffolding implements `index`, `show`, `edit`, `delete`, `create`, `save`, and `update`. It does not implement `list`. `AuthorisedUserController.list` is a custom action. Returning a model from it makes Grails look for `list.gsp`, and scaffolding does not generate that view. The scaffolding guide shows the collection action as `index`, including how to override it.
