fix(hibernate7): port liquibase-hibernate fixes into dbmigration-core (#16497)

* fix(hibernate7): port liquibase-hibernate fixes into dbmigration-core

Bring the vendored liquibase-hibernate fork (v4.27.0) up to date with the
fixes on the project's main branch, keeping the Grails class names:

- detect ID generation intent: only treat an identifier as generated when
@GeneratedValue is present (hbm.xml mappings always count), and pass the
identifier property to createGenerator (avoids an NPE)
- handle @NativeGenerator for auto-increment and sequence snapshots
- snapshot sequences owned by native/sequence-style generators
- mark every primary key column non-nullable, not only generated ones
- keep unrelated column differences (e.g. remarks) when dropping an
  unchanged-size type difference
- suppress phantom unique/using differences on indexes, primary keys and
  unique constraints (PostgreSQL)

Upstream tests are ported and the change-generator spec is updated. RAT
exclusions and NOTICE record the derived code.

* fix(hibernate7): correct liquibase snapshot identifier and index diffs

Stop sequence and table generators from being marked auto-increment, and do not
invent a sequence default when a GORM native generator has no database
structure. Recognize @NativeGenerator without @GeneratedValue, while leaving an
assigned custom generator alone.

Record only physical sequences, keep the bare sequence name on the synthetic
HIBERNATE schema so the default diff still emits it, and do not add the same
sequence again under a qualified name. Read index uniqueness from the Hibernate
index instead of the column, and keep a concrete unique mismatch.

Hibernate 5 is unchanged. It still uses the published liquibase-hibernate5
4.27.0 artifact and does not vendor these classes.
