After 8.0.0 the core build publishes 8.0.1-SNAPSHOT while the suite still asked for grails-bom:8.0.0-SNAPSHOT, so every End to End run failed to resolve the BOM. The root project now applies the shared-property plugin, as grails-gradle and grails-forge do, so the suite always resolves the version the core build publishes.
