The functional and Neo4j jobs pass .github/ci-exit-after-build.init.gradle, whose taskGraph.afterTask and gradle.buildFinished listeners the configuration cache rejects, so every such job finished its tests and then failed with "registration of listener ... is unsupported". Those jobs run with --rerun-tasks on fresh runners, where the cache saves nothing, so pass --no-configuration-cache wherever the script is used.
