Head commit for run: 67f8feacb82afbe088c7f311642409276ad13b49 / Walter Duque de Estrada <[email protected]> build(hibernate7): give the test compile of grails-data-hibernate7-core a 4G compiler daemon The test sources of grails-data-hibernate7-core declare about 1,200 GORM entities (714 before native domain binding), one for every mapping the native binding is checked against, and the GORM AST transformations of that many classes no longer fit the 2G heap CompilePlugin gives every compiler daemon: on CI, compileTestGroovy fails with "Java heap space" in every "Build Grails-Core" job that recompiles from scratch. Measured with a full recompile: 1G fails with "Java heap space" after 23 minutes, 2G fails at this tip after 30 minutes (and passes narrowly at the tip that deletes the classic binder's duplicate specs), 4G compiles in under 6 minutes. A later -Xmx in the Groovy fork options is what reaches the daemon: setting memoryMaximumSize is replaced by the plugin's -Xmx2G (the daemon still reports maxHeapSize=2G), appending -Xmx4G to groovyOptions.forkOptions.jvmArgs gives it maxHeapSize=4G.
