Fixes #16715. `I18nEnvironmentPostProcessor` read `spring.messages.basename` with `Environment.getProperty`, which returns null for a non-empty list. Configured bundles were then replaced by discovered ones. It now binds a list, the same way the runtime-hints reader does, so a YAML list and a comma-separated string both stay ahead of discovered bundles. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
