Db2 is supported officially, but `RlikeExpression` (GORM for Hibernate 5)
refused every Db2 dialect with "rlike is not supported with the configured
dialect".

   - Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (11.1 and later) and Db2 for IBM i match a
regular expression with the `REGEXP_LIKE` predicate, so `DB2Dialect` and its
subclasses (`DB297Dialect`, `DB2400Dialect`, `DB2400V7R3Dialect`) render `
REGEXP_LIKE (column, ?)`, as Oracle does.
   - Db2 for z/OS (`DB2390Dialect`, `DB2390V8Dialect`) runs `REGEXP_LIKE` only
through the Db2 Analytics Accelerator, so it is still refused.

`RlikeExpressionSpec` covers the SQL of every supported dialect and the
refusal of the others (10 tests; `RLikeSpec` still passes). The finders chapter
said `Rlike` falls back to `Like` on other databases; with Hibernate 5 it is
refused, as every `rlike` path builds an `RlikeExpression`, and the chapter and
the `createCriteria` reference now say so and list Db2.

   The Hibernate 7 side is #H7PR (8.0.x).
