## Summary #16130 indexes Windows environment names with `String.CASE_INSENSITIVE_ORDER`. That comparator treats `CONFIG_ID` and `CONFIG_İD` (U+0130) as the same key. `System.getenv(String)` does not. Copying both into the index drops one value, so a lookup can return the wrong override or miss a variable the application set. ## What happened Merged in https://github.com/apache/grails-core/pull/16130 without a review of this case.
