Drop a factories registration once its class no longer qualifies

The compiler only ever added to the factories files it generates. Under
incremental compilation, which recompiles a changed class without the
others, an entry outlived its class whenever the class stopped
qualifying: an artefact handler edited into a plain class, a command
turned into a target-aware adapter, or a class moved from one factory
type to another, which stayed registered under the old type because the
types were only checked until one of them registered it. A deleted class
kept its entry too, and when nothing depends on it incremental
compilation compiles nothing at all, so no transformation runs that
could drop it.

The writer now drops a class it compiles from every type it no longer
qualifies for, unless a hand-authored factories file registers it, and
removes the file once no entry is left. Once compilation is done, the
Grails Gradle plugins drop the entries naming a class the compilation no
longer produces, keeping those the hand-authored file declares, which
covers the deleted class. The framework's own modules do not compile
incrementally, so any change there writes the file again from scratch.
