Fixes #16584
An association is stored as a relationship, so `n.parent IS NULL` is true
for every node and `isNull('parent')` matched all of them. On an association,
`isNull` now compiles to `NOT (n)-[:PARENT]->(:Folder)` and `isNotNull` to the
pattern itself. Plain properties and relationship entities are unchanged.
- `IsNullAssociationSpec` runs the reproduction from the issue plus
`isNotNull`, a combination with a property criterion and the unchanged
plain-property case. Three of its four features fail without the change.
- The whole Neo4j core suite passes.
Once this merges, the `@PendingFeatureIf` Neo4j marker on
`UniqueConstraintNullGroupValueSpec` in #16583 can be removed.
